Magic Leaf

Magic Leaf started as a two-burner setup and a bag of ceremonial-grade matcha someone brought back from a trip to Uji. What was meant to be one weekend pop-up for friends turned into a line out the door, and then into an actual lease.

Every bowl is still whisked to order, by hand, the same way it was on day one — no powdered mixes, no syrup shortcuts. We bake the pastry case fresh each morning and keep the shop small on purpose, because the whole point was always a slower cup, poured by someone who knows your order.
